The great software used to mastermind a production like this is FWSim. The footage in the Tokyo Olympic Fireworks video has been online since at least 2015 when it was posted to YouTube under the title FWsim Mount Fuji Synchronized Fireworks Show2.

:) The music choice used for this display is Thomas Bergersen's (Two Steps From Hell) "Heart of Courage." Truly a great musical arrangement. All of the shells are custom-made by me, and I take huge pride in the handiwork that went into bringing them to life. Turns out that this video had originally been uploaded to YouTube way back on December 1, 2015, with the title: FWsim Mount Fuji Synchronized Fireworks Show2, and was originally created in commemoration of Mount Fujis World Cultural Heritage registration, using the fireworks simulator software, FWsim. It took me a little over a week to complete, and I am very happy with the outcome. I wanted to continue the party by sharing this fireworks display I created & actualized.
